Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: 

• All fees are non-refundable as they are charged on a "fee-for-service" basis at the time service is rendered or are based on a previously agreed upon cancellation fee. 

Cancellation & "No Show" Policies: 

• Cancellation policies vary based on service (e.g., therapy versus assessment) and pay structure. Please contact us for policy details per service. 
• Because neuropsychological evaluations require the reservation of extended clinical and testing time, advance scheduling of professional staff, and preparation prior to the appointment, the following cancellation policy will apply:
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, but prior to the day of service, will incur a **$500 cancellation fee**.
  • Same-day cancellations will incur a **$1,000 cancellation fee**.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a **$1,250 no-show fee**.
    • Significant late arrival that prevents the scheduled evaluation from being reasonably completed may be considered a same-day cancellation or no-show.
    • Cancellation and no-show fees may be waived at the discretion of the practice in circumstances involving documented emergencies, hospitalization, or other extraordinary circumstances.
